Market Update!

From the past 6 recessions, the last 4 housing prices went up. In one of them went down for 1.6% which is not so low. We all know the Fall of the market in 2008 but we are not anywhere near in that situation. Over half of the homes in the United States have over $250,000 equity so it wouldn’t be that hard if they would like to sell their houses real quick. Over 37% of homes are completely paid off. The average home in the last year went up $57,000 in value (equity).

We may be going through recessions but it’s not housing crisis.
